Getting Started
The standard, unmodded, Agetec Dreamcast joystick.
The first step is to remove the cover from the bottom of the joystick, revealing the internals.

Next, disconnect the wires and remove the PCB. Then remove the front metal panel and remove the joystick and buttons. To remove the buttons, just snap them out. You need to unscrew the balltop from the joystick before you can remove it.
Inside the joystick, the PCB has been removed.
